Book of new time rules, where employees have power and responsibility to do their best for the good of the company. How to achieve such remarkable results and profits? How to encourage the emergence of ideas? How to get the best?

In NETFLIX they have 3 stages:

FIRSTLY: They build up talent density with very good employees. They teach honesty and giving feedback. They don´t have vacation, travel and other expense policies (no control or only little control).

SECONDLY: Netflix pays for its employees top of market salaries. They are transparent and employees can make approvals themselves (bosses approval is not needed) when they have enough feedback from other colleagues.

THIRDLY: They have keeper test (Should I fight for my employee to keep her/him in the company?). They have regular circles of feedback (with constructive criticism). They lead with context, not control.

Very good book.  Broadened my knowledge.
